How to Use Your Ken & Kay Pearled Sand Candle

🕯 Step 1: Choose Your Vessel
Pick a vase or holder that isn’t going to go up in smoke (obviously). Go for something with a diameter of at least 10 cm so the wick burns evenly—whether that’s a glass bowl, a cheeky ceramic pot, or a snazzy metal tray, the world’s your oyster.
🌿 Step 2: Pour & Smooth
Now, pour the pearled sand into your chosen holder, smoothing it out so it sits nice and level. This will help the wick burn evenly and give it a nice long life (because who wants to keep relighting it every five minutes?).
✨ (Optional) Step 2.5: Add Your Favourite Scent
Want to take it to the next level? Add a few drops of your favourite fragrance or essential oil. Mix it in gently, and voilà! Your candle will now give off a subtle, comforting scent as it burns.
🔥 Step 3: Insert the Wick
Pop the wick in the centre of the sand, making sure only about half a centimetre sticks out. If you’re feeling fancy and want to use multiple wicks, just keep them about 5 cm apart so they all burn evenly.

Now comes the fun bit—light your wick, sit back, and enjoy the glow. Stick to the guide, and your wick will burn for up to 15 hours. Proper wick placement and spacing will make sure you get every last bit of burn-time out of it.

When you're done, simply blow out the candle and let the wax cool. The next time you fancy a bit of flicker, just relight the same wick, or switch it for a new one if you're feeling adventurous.
